WorkBC Guildford
In Motion and Momentum+ is a pre-employment program that aims to help people move forward positively with strength and determination to step forward in a way that is right for them.
It is delivered in person over the course of 10 weeks, through a series of activities that will build self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-efficacy. The skills that will be used and developed during this program are aligned with the Essential Skills in the Workplace and Skills for Success.
